What Forkd is

Forkd is software for service businesses such as hair salons, barbers, nail and beauty studios, spas, pet groomers and gyms. It books your clients in one tap, remembers every one of them and brings them back with the right message at the right time. We set it up for you, and after that it runs by itself, so there are no tech skills to learn.

Why we built it

Most service businesses spend time and money finding new clients, and then lose the ones they already have. A client who visits once and drifts away is the most expensive kind to replace. Forkd is built around the second visit, the regular, the referral and the reward, so the clients you have already won keep coming back.

How we work

We work with you as a partner, not a vendor. We set Forkd up around your services, prices, brand and team, not a generic template. We check in with you after your first week and your first month, we look at your numbers with you, and when you are ready for more we add it together.
